Our 2013 Fringe food vendors will be primarily located along 11th Street. These locations are fixed for the duration of the festival and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment processing date.
IMPORTANT:  Any cooking where grease laden vapors are produced during the cooking process, ie, grilling, broiling and deep frying must be done outside of the tent

In 2013, there will be a $50 damage deposit, due when you pick up your vendor badge first day of festival.
General Guidelines
Garbage/mess, Insurance, & Health and Food Safety: YOU MUST READ THIS
- Any cooking where grease laden vapors are produced during the cooking process, ie, grilling, broiling and deep frying must be done outside of the tent/structure. Any grease stains left on the pavement will be the responsibility of the vendor to remove. Refusing to do so will result in the forfeiture of the damage deposit.
- All vendors are responsible for providing their own insurance and temporary events licensing through the Saskatoon Health Region at 306-665-4460: our Health Inspector is named Kim Krett. Transferring or reselling of licenses is not permitted. Not complying may result in forfeiture of fee. Link to Temporary food service license
- Must agree to have read and understood the health and safety document: Food Safety
- Vendors can use propane as a fuel for warming. The storage cylinders must be kept outside of the structure and the fuel piped (hoses) to the appliance, secured to prevent falling over and protected from impact damage.
Payment & Parking Passes
We will review your application, and then send you a link to the payment page. Your spot will only be reserved AFTER payment is processed. There will also be a $50 damage deposit due when you check in on the first day of the festival. This amount covers damage or cleaning in the event that such costs arise.
We are offering a limited number of parking passes in 2013. They will be $100 for a spot on 11th Street, or $50 for a spot in Oskayak School parking lot.

- Don’t hesitate to contact us about any questions you might have.  We are always looking for creative criticism about the festival, or concerns you might have. We also have an online survey you may complete about the festival in general, and it has a comments section- it is anonymous.

Tents & Tables
- Tents, tables, and portable structures are the vendor’s responsibility and are not provided by the PotashCorp Fringe Theatre Festival. However, you may rent them from us.

Vendor ID & Set-up/Tear-down during festival
- You must pick up your vendor badge and lanyard from the office- the portable at 639 Broadway Avenue in Victoria school, starting July 29th. Do not lose them! These items MUST be worn at all times when you are onsite with your booth, or you will be asked to immediately pack up and leave. No exceptions.
- Vendors are inspected by our site manager on the day of their arrival. Please don’t leave goods in your tent/trailer etc. after hours. If you do so, you do so at your own risk.
Washrooms
There will be washrooms with running water located outside behind Victoria school, as well as portapotties.
Water & Power
25th Street Theatre can supply water and power, and offers grey water disposal.
Weather
- The PotashCorp Fringe festival is not responsible for any damage done to vendors/buskers goods due to weather. It is your choice to be open during bad weather. There are no refunds issued for bad weather. You MUST secure your tents appropriately.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawal by, May 31, 2013: 75% refund
- Withdrawal after June 1, 2013: 50% refund
- Withdrawal on or after Aug 1, 2013 results in no refund.
