In 2013, there will be a $50 damage deposit, due when you pick up your vendor badge first day of festival.
General Guidelines
Exclusivity Agreements
We carefully select the vendor for henna, airbrush tattoos, and face-painting and therefore do not allow anyone else to do them throughout the festival. Any vendors doing this will forfeit their license fee and be asked to leave.
Payment & Parking Pass
We will review your application, and then send you a link to the payment page. Your spot will only be reserved AFTER payment is processed. There will also be a $50 damage deposit due when you check in on the first day of the festival. This amount covers damage or cleaning in the event that such costs arise. We require either cash or a credit card number.
We are offering a limited number of parking passes in 2013. They will be $100 for a spot on 11th Street, or $50 for a spot in Oskayak School parking lot.
Power
25th Street Theatre can supply power to these fixed spots. You must detail your requirements in the application. All vendors using power of any sort are required to comply with form FV2013.

- Don’t hesitate to contact us about any questions you might have.  We are always looking for creative criticism about the festival, or concerns you might have. We also have an online survey you may complete about the festival in general, and it has a comments section- it is anonymous.

Tents & Tables
Tents & tables are the vendor’s responsibility and are not provided by the PotashCorp Fringe Theatre Festival. However, you may rent them from us. Link to price list.
Vendor ID & Set-up/Tear-down during festival
- You must pick up your vendor badge and lanyard from the office- the portable at 639 Broadway Avenue in Victoria school, starting July 29th. Do not lose them! These items MUST be worn at all times when you are onsite with your booth, or you will be asked to immediately pack up and leave. No exceptions.
- Vendors are inspected by our site manager on the day of their arrival. Please don’t leave goods in your tent/trailer etc. after hours. If you do so, you do so at your own risk.
Security
Two person security is on site between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 am. Between 8:00 am and midnight we have a combination of staff support and police support services on site. This being said, if you leave your belongings unattended you do so at your own risk.
Washrooms
There will be washrooms with running water located outside behind Victoria school, as well as portapotties.
Water & Power
25th Street Theatre can supply water and power, and offers grey water disposal. All vendors using power of any sort are required to comply with form FV2013.
Weather
- The PotashCorp Fringe festival is not responsible for any damage done to vendors/buskers goods due to weather. It is your choice to be open during bad weather. There are no refunds issued for bad weather.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawal by, May 31, 2013: 75% refund
- Withdrawal after June 1, 2013: 50% refund
- Withdrawal on or after Aug 1, 2013 results in no refund.
