Flex your art at the Fringe!

Flex is a program for emerging artists seeking a professional performance opportunity. With a variety of venues, flexible scheduling, and no limits on the type of performance, Flex is the perfect opportunity for artists to try out a new direction or take their next step into the professional performing world. Artists will attend workshops led by industry experts for guidance and perform up to six shows at the 2008 Saskatoon Fringe Theatre Festival. Flex is coordinated and run by a six-member council that heads up performer recruitment and selection as well as the promotion of Flex performances.

Flex evolved out of the Youth Arts Initiative of 2004-2007 and the belief that artists should have the opportunity to explore new directions in performance, regardless of age.
