If you’ve got something to show off at the Fringe, we’re always willing to try something a little different or new. Have a look at the following sections or contact us with a new idea!
Informational Displays
This category is for non-profit organizations only.
- Temporary displays may be presented on Broadway Avenue during festival hours.
- Placement will be designated by the Fringe.
- Displays must be attended at all times and may include information handouts, prize draws, and raffles.
- Displays must be completely removed outside of festival hours when Broadway Avenue is open to traffic.
- There is a $105 fee for participation.
- You are not required to participate every day and may choose your hours within festival hours.

Vehicle Displays
Display of new model vehicles or vehicles for raffle are welcome at the Saskatoon Fringe. The festival is an ideal opportunity to become involved with our community and reach a diverse audience.
We will work together for ideal placement on the festival site. It is recommended but not required that displays are attended and information handouts are welcome. Vehicles must be removed outside of festival hours when Broadway Avenue is open to traffic.
Fee is negotiable depending on the number of days (weekends or weeknights), minimum $250.
