Food Vendor Information
Our 2012 Fringe food vendors will be primarily located along 11th Street, beginning from the alley next to the Hose and Hydrant and continuing eastward on both sides of the street. These locations are fixed for the duration of the festival and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as registrations come in. You may view the present status of registrations here.
General Guidelines
- Food vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Transferring of reselling of licenses is not permitted.
- 25th Street Theatre can supply water and power but does not offer grey water disposal or storage.
- All vendors are responsible for providing their own insurance and licensing through the Saskatoon Health Region (306-665-4605).
- Vendors may not use power from Broadway merchants without advance approval from 25th Street Theatre and the merchant in question. Please let us know if you have come to an arrangement with a merchant and we will contact them to discuss the details.
- Tents, tables, and portable structures are the vendor’s responsibility and are not provided by the PotashCorp Fringe Theatre Festival
- All vendors using power of any sort are required to supply a class 2A:10B:C fire extinguisher
- Food vendors using grease must install a grease mat in their booth. Any grease stains left on the pavement will be the responsibility of the vendor to remove.
- Withdrawal Policies
- Withdrawal on or before March 31, 2011 will result in a 75% refund.
- Withdrawal between April 1 and May 31, 2011 will result in a 50% refund.
- Withdrawal after May 31, 2011 will result in forfeiture of the application fee.
