Craft Vendor Information

Depending on the size and portability of your operation, we have several opportunities available. Please read on for details; the link to registration is at the bottom of the page.

General Guidelines

• Vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
• Transferring of reselling of licenses is not permitted.
• All licenses are for the full 10 days of the festival; partial licenses are not available.
• All vendors are responsible for providing their own insurance and City of Saskatoon licensing where applicable.
• Vendors may not use power from Broadway merchants without advance approval from 25th Street Theatre and the merchant in question. Please let us know if you have come to an arrangement with a merchant and we will contact them to discuss the details.
• Tents, tables, and portable structures are the vendor’s responsibility and are not provided by the PotashCorp Fringe Theatre Festival
• All vendors using power of any sort are required to supply a class 2A:10B:C fire extinguisher
• Withdrawal Policies
  • Withdrawal on or before March 31, 2011 will result in a 75% refund.
  • Withdrawal between April 1 and May 31, 2011 will result in a 50% refund.
  • Withdrawal after May 31, 2011 will result in forfeiture of the application fee.

Temporary Locations

These options are located along Broadway Avenue and are only available during hours of street closure during the 2012 PotashCorp Fringe (6:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. August 2-3 and 6-10 and 12 noon -11:00 p.m. August 4, 5, and 11). You may come and go as you please within these hours but must be able to load your setup in and out without bringing a vehicle onto the site. Power cannot be supplied to these locations.

Due to exclusivity agreements with our fixed vendors, we are not allowing any additional facepainting, henna, or airbrush tattoo vendors for 2012.

1. Broadway Avenue Small Craft Vendor
   • 5′x5′ space along Broadway Avenue
     • All materials must fit within this space, meaning tables may not be longer than 5′
     • Tents may not be set up in this space, though umbrellas fitting within the space may be used
   • $120 per space
2. Broadway Avenue Small Kids Craft Vendor
   • As the small vendor, but only for children 12 and under
   • $35 per space
3. Broadway Avenue Large Craft Vendor
   • 10′x10′ space along Broadway Avenue
     • Tents may be used, but must be set up and taken down in accordance with street closure hours
     • Fringe administration must approve your chosen location before setting up
   • $575 per space/$950 for two adjacent

Fixed Locations

These options are located in areas of the Fringe site not subject to street closure limitations and, as such, may remain set up for the entire duration of the festival. Power can be supplied to these locations.

1. 11th Street Craft Vendor
   • 10′x10′ space along the north side of 11th Street, just East of Broadway Avenue
     • 10 spots available
   • $775 per space/$1375 for two adjacent
2. International Market Craft Vendor
   • 10′x10′ space in parking lot of Victoria School
     • 32 spots available
   • $575 per space/$950 for two adjacent
