Food Vendors

NEW for 2008! We are developing a food court area in front of our Beverage Garden. The area includes entertainment and access to seating located at one of the busiest "intersections" of the festival site.

All vendors will be required to sign a contract agreeing to the rules and regulations of the Fringe. All fees include GST. Rates are for the full 10 day duration of the festival. All vendors are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Food vendors may not offer the same menu items as those who have previously registered. Vendors are required to be in operation for the entirety of festival hours.

For all vendors (craft and food), we provide a designated space within the festival site only. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, water, and shelter. Applicants must submit a copy of a valid food service license to 25th Street Theatre Centre before setting up. Please read our Food Vendor Guidelines before applying.

All vendors will receive a listing on our website with the option of a link to your website or the inclusion of your email or phone number.

Portable Food Vendor:

Defined by the complete removal of your set up outside of festival hours. A designated space on the asphault of Broadway Avenue will be provided. Vendor is responsible for all power and water requirements.

Registration Fee: $350.00

Fixed Food Vendor:

A designated space within the food court area will be provided and tent and/or trailer can remain in place for the length of the festival. Vendor is responsible for all water requirements.

Up to 30 amps of 220 volt power will be provided to Fixed Vendors only. Requirements above 30 amps can be requested and made available if our electrical distribution service will support it. An electrical surcharge for all additional power requirements will be applied to your application fee in the amount of $100 per 10 amps of 220 volt power.

Registration Fee: $750 for a minimum space of 10x10 feet, plus $7.50 for each additional square foot required for the body of your trailer/tent.

Vendor withdrawal terms:

• Confirmed withdrawal on or before May 31~ 75% refund of fee
• Confirmed withdrawal on or before June 30 ~ 50% refund of fee
• Confirmed withdrawal on or after July 1~ forfeit of fee
