If youare paying by credit card, please call us within 24 hours and provide us with credit card details to complete your application.
If you are paying by cheque or money order, please include two separate payments: the $15.00 Processing Fee and, $609.50 Fringe Application Fee. Please make reference to the Company Name on your cheque or money order. If you are an international company, please ensure that you send an INTERNATIONAL money order in Canadian Funds. All NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 charge.
